Responsible for scheduling to meet plant financial and production needs for on-time delivery. Specific responsibilities include: (1) act as liaison between manufacturing and customer service; (2) oversee daily production schedule; (3) analyze WIP (Work in Progress) positioning, yield and material shortages, and actions needed to resolve problems; (4) analyze and process all MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Exception messages relating to shop floor control; (5) execute necessary actions for the disposition of non-conforming material; (6) maintain the MRP system planning data and work with the buyer to insure material is scheduled and delivered to meet the Master Production Schedule; (7) analyze inventory obsolescence and transaction reports. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic Engineering or related field (or foreign equivalent) required.
Must have 5 years of experience as Master Scheduler in a manufacturing environment. Drug test, Background check required. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
