Client is looking for a care coordinator candidate for Norwich office the ideal candidate has great critical thinking, customer service and hospitality skills.

 

Duties of the position. Ideal candidate needs to have experience in schedule management and experience in customer service. Responsibilities will include creating schedules in a timely and efficient manner, organizing workflow, and making sure all deadlines are met.

-Scheduling employees

-Perform quality assurance calls to clients

-Document good job performance and provide feedback to employees

- Document client needs

-Keep information updated in the scheduling system

-Help to staff other offices as needed.
