Call Center Rep: Temp Assignment

Call Center experience a must.  This individual will be working in Farmington, CT., answering calls for their Austin, TX.  This individual must be reliable and dependable. 

Hours: 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM


This position will be responsible for processing requests received from the SAIS Agent/Carrier base and taking a high volume of inbound phone calls. Processing requests involve endorsements, cancelations and BOR’s.  Providing clerical assistance to the management and team is also required. 


Responsible for the completion of all endorsements, cancellations and BOR’s daily to meet service level agreements

Complete all data entry and attachments with speed and accuracy.

Accountable to follow up on all requests for information

Provide exceptional customer service to SAIS customers by following SAIS policies and procedures

Answer incoming calls from agents and insured and place outgoing calls to provide exceptional customer service

Ensure all calls are handled following policy and procedures

Provide clerical support to management and other departments

Train new hires on business support work assignments.

Working overtime if required.

Assume other responsibilities as needed

Basic understanding of insurance principles relating to Property and Casualty.

Proficiency in alpha-numerical data entry required.

Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment with little guidance from management.

Experience working with a PC, including internet research and MS Office.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills with both internal and external customers.

Ability to learn and follow standard procedures.

Ability to maintain professional relationships with staff and SAIS agent base.

Detail oriented.

Must be organized, flexible, and able to multi-task.

Willingness to cross train on other tasks to succeed within Superior Access Insurance Services.
